Matthew's Moments

Starlight, so bright,
Makes me feel special
Again tonight.

They take their time
To plan fun things,
Then treat my parents
Like Kings and Queens.

Whatever they plan,
Whatever we do,
It includes my whole family
To be there too.
I met Frog and Toad,
Then the real ones too
When we took our trip
To the FT Worth Zoo.

I learned how to bowl,
And played games with my dad.
I took my first bite of pizza
Mom was so proud of her lad.

Baseball was next
The Roughriders and Cats.
I got to run out on the field
And toss up our hats!

No matter what season
Or what time of year,
Starlight, so bright
Helps me forget all my fears.

Too many doctors
And things I can’t pronounce…
I now have happier memories
More and more to count!!

Thank you Starlight
For making me smile….
You don’t just plan activities,
You always go that extra mile.

I am so happy
To have made special friends
I never want the good times
To come to an end!
